Patios

Flagstone, paver, and concrete patios sized for the property — entertaining-scale spaces, transitional zones between house and landscape, or simple sitting areas. Layout is worked out as part of the broader landscape plan: where the patio meets the bed lines, how it relates to drainage and grade, and how it ties into walkways, lighting, and any surrounding plantings.

Walkways

Connecting paths from drive to entry, garden walkways, and transitional routes between patio and yard. Material and width are chosen to match the patio and the architectural character of the property, with grading and base preparation handled the same way a patio is — so the walkway holds up to Northwest Ohio's freeze-thaw cycles rather than heaving by the second winter.

Pond & Water Feature Installation

Design and installation of ponds, recirculating waterfalls, and decorative water features integrated into the broader landscape design. Each water feature is sited deliberately — for visibility from the patio or windows, for the sound it adds to a seating area, and for proximity to the electrical and water connections that recirculation requires.

Installation covers the liner or basin, the pump and filtration that keep the water clear and moving (not a standing pool), and the stone, planting, and bed work that finishes the feature into the surrounding landscape. Aquatic plant selection and perimeter plantings are part of the same conversation as the broader landscape plan, not bolted on after.

Because Northwest Ohio winters freeze, water features are designed with winterization in mind: how the pump comes out, how the basin handles ice expansion, and what the feature looks like in the months when it's shut down.
