Aqualawn provides commercial snow removal across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. The service is commercial-only — parking lots, office complexes, retail centers, professional buildings, and multi-tenant commercial sites — and operates as the winter complement to the lawn, landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor lighting services Aqualawn provides to commercial clients the rest of the year. Family-owned and based in Monclova since 2002, with crews operating across the same metro for more than two decades of NW Ohio winters.
Plowing for parking lots, drive lanes, loading and service drives, and fire-access routes. The operational core of the service — opening the surfaces that vehicles and trucks use to keep the property functional during and after a snow event.
Pedestrian-access work — entry walks, sidewalks, building approaches, and transitional walkways between parking and entries. Sidewalk and walkway clearing is operationally distinct from plowing (smaller equipment, often hand work) and matters specifically for commercial properties responsible for pedestrian safety.
De-icing services for cleared surfaces — applied to parking lots, sidewalks, and entries to reduce slip hazards after plowing or where surface conditions call for it. Ice management is part of the commercial snow service rather than a separate engagement, because in Northwest Ohio winters the question is rarely whether ice will form on a cleared surface, but when.
Aqualawn is based in Monclova, central to the Toledo metro. Snow removal crews work the same region the company already operates in during the other three seasons — they're not driving in from another county when conditions hit. The properties they're clearing in January are properties they've been on in July.
For commercial clients who use Aqualawn for lawn care, landscape, hardscape, irrigation, or outdoor lighting the rest of the year, snow removal completes the year-round outdoor property relationship. Same point of contact, same company on the property in all four seasons.
Family-owned, operating in the same region since 2002. Equipment selection, route planning, and de-icing decisions are calibrated to local winter patterns — lake-effect events off Erie, the swing from heavy wet snow in November to cold dry snow in January, and the freeze-thaw cycles that determine whether a cleared lot stays cleared or refreezes by morning.
Aqualawn provides commercial snow removal for commercial properties throughout:
If your commercial property sits in one of these areas, snow removal service is available alongside Aqualawn's other commercial outdoor services.
Commercial snow removal is the winter half of Aqualawn's year-round commercial outdoor service. The same crews handle the other three seasons of commercial property work:
